• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  What timeframes are best to be booking in for. -For maternity sessions we use 29-34 weeks as a general guide, but anytime in the 3rd trimester is perfect. For multiples and subsequent pregnancies, we usually recommend earlier to avoid being uncomfortable during your session. -For newborns, we love getting them into the studio before 18 days as they are still fairly sleepy and like to be curled and wrapped more. That being said, we do newborn shoots for babies up to 6 weeks, these sessions are modified to the baby's willingness to participate as they are usually more awake and aware of their surroundings. After the 6 weeks, we still love to get bubs into the studio for baby/sitter/milestone sessions as they're gorgeous to capture at any age.

• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  We do a few things differently. Just to name a few: -We offer a mobile newborn studio option that caters for mums that are unable to drive or do not wish to travel to a studio. This service operates across the perth metro area with varying travel fees, depending on the distance from our studio and the set ups we are transporting. -We work with babies of any age and customise our sessions for the baby. Although we do recommend booking their newborn session within their first 2-3 weeks, we also book bubs up to 6 weeks old. -We include a complimentary hand & foot print with all of our Fresh-48 sessions booked. -We run 'mini' sessions throughout the year to allow people a fuss-free option to update their family photos and wall art.
