  Do not Hire (Removed name) from Real Plastering because (Removed name) will definitely screw you over for REAL. He undercut everyone else and gave the cheapest quote to get the job. Once he got the job, he changed his quote by saying that the brickwork was really bad and that it needed to be done three times which was a total lie as he had been to the job site before he had started the job and had never mentioned anything. He also charged me extra by under quoting the meters and once he gets the job he over charged me by invoicing you for extra meters of walls that did not exist. He also said that he had missed an entire 2 bedroom unit which were on the plans that I had emailed to him for quoting and he had also been to the job site twice for quoting, but somehow he had missed an entire two bedroom unit. He invoiced me for the whiteset which I paid but when I went to the job I found out that he had not done the whiteset. When I called him, he said he had a family emergency in Victoria and that he was stuck there due to coronavirus lockdown. I was told he was lying and that he was back in Perth. He stopped responding to my calls and texts and then blocked my calls. His crew stole tools and materials from the building site. I have reported the matter to police. I am taking legal action against him. My job was delayed by 10 weeks and I was out of pocket by $10000. His original quote was $21000 and I had paid $18000 and all he had done was the upper floor float and set and float to stairs and two ground floor units. I had to pay an extra $13000 to get the job finished for a total of $32000 while I had quotes for $23000. The job cost me $11000 extra because of Nick and I have invoices to prove it. Do not Hire (Removed name) even if he offers to do your job for free
