  Had to give a start as I cant write a review without it, so consider it as a zero. If you want to get abused on phone by a rude person called Mena Shanmugam, want to face a lot of stress during settlement go to this one. I gave her business for the second time only to get abused and ill treated, she literally yells at you on the phone even after repeatedly asking her not to do that. She lacks attention to detail and sends documents to the bank to incorrect email addresses(exactly the one bank asks you not to send emails to) and blames the bank and mortgage broker for her mistake. How and why will a bank respond in this case and obviously will ask her to resend the documents to right email id? And she refuses to contact the bank for delays which are caused by her and you as a client have to contact bank for and stay on telephone for hours. I have a proof for all this. She is the most unprofessional and inefficient conveyancer. Avoid her if you want a smooth settlement process. Mena my name is Bharadwaj Pappu and don't question my authenticity here as you have done to all the negative reviews here. I am sure the negative reviews here are right as I have experienced it myself.

  Mena is too good. My land was titling on 4/07/19 and one of the worst and rude conveyancer ( don't want to name her) walked off on Friday 28/07/19. Although, Mena have very less time to finalise everything but she managed to get my settlement done in time.
