1. Be clear on the expected deliverables (objectives/goals) of the role you're hiring for and that the objectives align with the strategic vision of the business (objective/goals). 2. Encourage current employees to spread the word about open positions. Leverage current employees as they can be the best ambassadors for the business, if they’re happy, they will be sure to tell others about it. 3. Decide how much or how little of their recruitment process they’d like to be involved in and outsource any process that you find cumbersome, difficult or time-consuming so that you can focus on what you do best.

Significant savings when compared to traditional market rates! We offer a fixed fee for service per recruitment assignment and we offer a more flexible option too, where clients pay for the recruitment service they chose to use, by an hourly rate. These are significant savings when compared to standard permanent recruitment market rates, the fees traditionally range from 12% - 25% of a candidate's total remuneration package.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Fixed fee for service (per recruitment assignment) paid on retainer, that is, a third (1/3) as the initial non-refundable fee upon engaging Recruit Safe’s services, and the balance on completion. Invoices are to be paid within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
