We are a chemical underpinning company that specialises in structural remediation. We inject an environmentally friendly chemical component into the ground directly through or under the slab of the existing structure. This chemical reaction expands lifting the damaged area. Some examples of structural foundation issues are, dropped slabs, cracked walls, and uneven floors. The benefits that come with chemical underpinning include: - Non-invasive repair work. Our works are done by drilling 16mm holes through the external concrete footings and injecting our resin into the soil below. Internal injection is available as well which has the ability to lift or stabilise the entire house, removing the limitations that traditional concrete underpinning has. - Speed. Depending on the size of the works required, we are capable of repairing many jobs within a day. The resin begins to expand in roughly 8 seconds and is fully set in under 15 minutes. - Ability. Our team have worked on many different job sizes that vary from footpaths or driveways through to warehouses, factories and more.
