Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our work carries a 30 day warranty on labour. How does our warranty work? If we have invoiced you for 2 hours of work and the problem re-appears within 30 days, the first 2 hours are free of charge.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Have your computer and email passwords handy, it will save time. If you don't have your passwords, in most cases we can work around this but it will take more time.  Backup your computer regularly (daily is ideal).  If you hear clicking or any abnormal noises from your computer have the computer checked out straight away. Do not wait for the problem to get worse.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We do not compete on price, we compete on quality of service and products. We aim at building a long term relationship with our customers through knowledgeable support,and reasonable pricing. We do not build cheap computers, we supply brand new, brand name computers with a minimum of 1 year warranty, in most cases 3 years. We will only build computers for special purposes (i.e. movie editing, lab work, etc). We are also Microsoft Certified Refurbishers, if you need a properly refurbished computer with warranty we can help.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our standard on-site fee is $160 + GST for the first hour. This includes travel time within 25 km of Mulgrave and call out fee. We then charge $60 + GST per half hour block. Some CBD areas attract a premium unless parking can be provided. Remote support is $60 + GST per half hour. For larger jobs we can offer you a project fee instead of an hourly rate.
