We are an insured Business, and we do Guarantee our Workmanship. Only on Parts we supply - for our 12 Month Nationwide Warranty.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The owner of the Business went into the Army to be a Diesel Mechanic, and it grew from there. Many hundreds of hours of training.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We have many customer stories, as we have been in Business for a long time.  We dont have a favourite, just love what we do, and look after our Customers and their Vehicles, and they came back very happy.

Seeing our Customers have a smile on their faces when they get into their Vehicle.. Knowing our time spent on their Vehicle is time well spent for us and them.

Asking the question of "what is included in a Service provided", as its not all about the price. We use quality parts, and include much more in our Services.  So if just want the cheapest, let us know and we will price accordingly.

We are still getting calls asking if we can do Log Book Servicing, and yes we do.  A Dealer does not have the monopoly to say you have to get it done with them.

Our reviews show people that they can trust us to do the job, and our affiliations - especially with RACQ have to be at a 5 Star Service.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We offer quality work, and we dont treat our Customers like a number.  We offer personalised Service, we include a lot more in our Car Services than other Workshops.  Our expertise is also Diagnostics, as the Business owner also teaches problem solving.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The Car registration is required, along with what Transmission it has, and if a Log Book Service - how many KM'S it is up to.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We would rather look at a Vehicle first, prior to pricing up on work we have been told is required. If it is something obvious and easy to diagnose, then we can price up first. We need to supply the parts that we are fitting, unless really hard to get, and we have asked you to search for.

We use Quality Parts, and the Customer gets much more value in their Car Services which include our reports and much  more.  We quote on quality parts, so if you are just wanting a quick cheap Service you will need to let us know.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The labour cost plus retail price on parts.  We use software programes for our times guide, and if sourcing a particular part - we do shop around, pending price and quality.

Diagnostic Specialist,  Diesel Care - including pre Filters and Fuel Injectors. The owner of the Business is also a qualified Automotive Teacher.

Trade Certificates in Automotive, Cert 3 in Auto Electrical, Diagnostics and many more training Certificates - Displayed in our Office.
