Yes I am a fully Licenced conveyancer and holds indemnity insurance. Yes, I guarantee my work as our service is reliable, professional and prompt. You wouldn't be able to complain as none of my customers have been complaining so far and my business run mostly through word of mouth.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was a primary school teacher and quite enjoyed my work but after 5 years of teaching I wanted to study more and wanted to change my field and property law is the field I was attracted towards.

Usually customers ask why are your charges really less than others? Do you have hidden fees? My answer is that what I charge and it follow all steps legally from the start of the process till the end without any 'hiddden charges surprise' at the of the service.

I love my work and enjoy conveyancing, communicating with the clients and fulfilling their requirements. I understand the importance of a file and a happy customer which will spread good words for your business which will attract more clients. I go through the contract and prepare the document on time and accurately which enables the clients to get ready and prepared on time. I am always contactable on the phone, email or  via sms.
