  Job Type: Leaking Roof Repairs

  Location: Mount Druitt, NSW

  Paid $660 for a roof repair including Wakaflex flashing and membrane. After the next heavy rain, the roof was still leaking in the same spot. When I raised this, I was told the contractor had done his best and communication stopped. I arranged for another licensed roofer to inspect and was advised there was no Wakaflex flashing installed, no membrane applied, and no clear evidence the invoiced work had been carried out. The photos provided did not appear consistent with the condition of the roof at the time of inspection. I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
