I have always been a person who loved excels. I would even write stories on it with numbers. Accounting is not only numbers there is also lot involvement of technicality as well. It is exciting because there is never dull moment in this industry due to ever changing advancement in technology and procedures. I love handling different accounting systems/software's and different industries with different backgrounds.

Like most professionals, the less experienced and less qualified bookkeeper will usually be cheaper. My client got caught up in this which landed him to pay double to get all the compliance like STP, Superannuation reconciliations done and error fixed once the bookkeeper left.

- Dealing with different accounting software's and different industry backgrounds. Love to do analysis based on the actual figures and costing reports, dealing with GST structures. I love handling different accounting systems/software's and different industries with different backgrounds

What needs to be done; Bookkeeping only or also BAS returns and payroll? The size of the company and an estimate of the quantity of data entry, e.g. invoices and number of employees.

-By having their invoices and other paperwork organised and easily accessible - It is also helpful to print bank statements or make them electronically available before a visit -A customer should prepare questions before a visit to speed up the visit.

Also first 11 clients receive an additional 10% discount rate*(conditions apply) We then offer the opportunity of an hourly rate or fixed rate depending on the time frame we provide our services, i.e. weekly or monthly. The fixed price is agreed on between Ryans Bookkeeping Services and the client.

We will start with charging per hour. Main reason in doing this is to get an understanding of your business and your specific needs. It also gives you a chance to evaluate our services and give us feedback on the job performed. We can then discuss a pricing model that suits your needs
