Yes we are insured for public liability and we guarantee on time delivery and also to not damage any items we are delivering for you.

What do you like most about your job?

Offering people convenience and being able to almost always offer that service at a fee that will actually save them money if they use the service.  I also love being able to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint. By delivering small items with small vehicles (scooters) we remove larger vehicles

I believe in customer satisfaction always as we would not have a business if it weren't for our customers needs.

We are a small family run business which services our local community. We will treat every parcel and delivery as if it's our own. We can purchase and pay on your behalf and bill you later if needed. Many thanks Mickey Shaked

What item do you need moved? If boxed then how large is the item (it may suit our scooters which are cheaper to use that our van).

1.Try to ensure orders are paid for before we collect. 2.Recommend us to a friend and we will discount your next order. 3.Try to consolidate multiple deliveries as we charge based on distance and not based on number of orders.

No special offers at this time as our regular rates are so reasonable. We will offer some specials to "on account" clients whom use our services regularly. EG: Recommend us to a friend and we will discount your next order.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are especially competitive with smaller items as we run a fleet of small vehicles. Our rates are based on running very efficient scooters and vans.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We charge $1 / km travelled from point of pickup to point of delivery (Scooter rate). We charge $2 / km travelled from point to point (Van rate). We accept credit cards but typically will send through an invoice via email or WhatsApp and hope that can be paid asap after collection of item.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in "on demand / door to door delivery". We can generally move items cheaper than you can move them yourself!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Accepted Answer

I have been driving for over 30 years and have never lost a point on my license. I take pride in presentation of our vehicles and will make sure your goods stay in that same "tip top" condition delivered quickly and efficiently too!
