I won't tell you how great we are at electrical repairs, maintenance and installs, you will find that out when you hire us or when you speak to any of our customers. What I will say here is, what we are amazing at is customer service. It's really not hard to be exceptional because it's so damn rare!
How do you normally charge for your service?
We operate on a fixed price per item system. We will attend and listen to what your problem is, and we will offer a solution with a fixed price. No nasty surprises. It's that simple. We do have a small call out fee to cover our costs and we're very open about that on initial contact. It includes a free safety inspection!
What makes your pricing competitive?
Our fixed rate price system means that no matter if the job takes us half a day or two days to complete, you only pay the price you have been quoted. Sometimes we hit small snags along the way and jobs can take longer than expected but we will never ask you for more money if that happens.

It really depends on the type of work being requested. We always insist on a site visit to carry out a thorough inspection before giving a quote. This ensures that there are no variations or surprises later down the track. We're all about transparency!
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely yes and absolutely yes. Insurances are available on request and our guarantee, aside from great service of course, is that of a lifetime labour guarantee and manufacturers warranty on goods sold. Only installing high quality materials and superior craftsmanship is the key here.
