Screw-IT has provided prompt and professional service on many occasions. I am now considered a long standing customer!!! The first time involved a technician coming to my home to fix my disabled computer and printer. The technician explained that the problem could have been rectified by remote access, a service in which Screw-IT provide which is less stressful and cheaper. The next time I required assistance, I spoke to the friendly technician and found that my problem would be easily fixed by remote access. Being a long standing customer, I now receive a discount if I do need a call out technician. Unfortunately, with my profession, I cannot afford to have my computer "down and out". Screw-IT tick all the boxes when it comes to service, professionalism and price. I have recommended this service to my family and friends.Keedan
