How old the computer is; What operating system you are using; Weather there are specific files or programs you need for us to keep or re-install, how much you are willing to spend on repair before you would buy a new computer.

The first thing a customer can do to save money is defragment their computer before you call.   Second tip is to check all the plugs and leads to make sure it is not just a lose wire. The final tip is to document what goes/went wrong and present it before we start work.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

As a special we would like to offer Oneflare customers a complete security checkup and diagnostic clean for a fixed low price of $50.  That is an average saving of $50.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing remains competitive because we have a policy of not charging more that $200 for any labour cost.  That means if a job takes 5 hours you will only ever get charged for four.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our price point difference is that we charge fifty dollars per hour, but the real difference is that we have no call out fee and we charge in 30 minute blocks.  so if a job takes 20 minutes all it costs you is $25.

We specialize in internet security for the home user.  We are dedicated to helping the average user cope with today's changing face of technology explaining things in simple terms that anyone can understand.
