Yes, we have Professionally Indemnity Insurance for up to $3Million, if our business is at fault. Although we have never had to go that route.

From a real estate background, I honestly didn't like the late hours and working on weekends. This career has given me the freedom of not working on weekends, yet still having the satisfaction of staying somewhat in the industry and helping people with Property.

Our Conveyancing fees are very competitive. There really isn't any way that 'extra' money can be saved with a conveyancing transaction. If the client was selling a property that they bought within a few months, we could 'possibly' use some information from their purchase s.32.
