  A guy came out to change the key and my van worked for a day and now no longer works. I have a van in the mechanic shop for over a week now because these guys has no idea what theyre doing. My mechanic called him to find out what he did to the vehicle and the first thing he said to my mechanic was "how much are you charging him" the guy is a scumbag and started to yell at me over the phone because I told him hes done something wrong and then proceeded to blame the "computer" Do Not use this service.

  I asked for a quote over the phone to confirm the fee that they advertise on their google page, and agreed to it. Their guy came, broke some other locks at the apartment building to enter the building (the tenant was there), wanted to charge me for those fees as his "hard work" to access the building, and without hesitation wanted to double charge me to replace the locks, around $700! When I found 2 different quotes which are less than half his quote, he was not happy, yelled at me, threatened not to put the lock back and I still had to pay him a call out fee plus his time to take off the current lock to see what issue we have with the lock worth which totals of nearly $300! After throwing his unhappiness at me, he came down to $385gst inclusive, he then still tried to make me pay him $385+gst! Very very dodgy. Even after I have done the payment per the invoice, and this is from last year fyi, the company still sends me a reminder to pay their invoice, every few days!

  These guys are life savers! My daughter got locked inside the car and I called their service advised it was urgent and there they are in 20mins! Thank you!
