We provide a 7 day guarantee on all work undertaken. If something unforeseen dirties up your freshly cleaned windows, we'll come back and touch it up at no extra cost.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A friend suggested window cleaning after I was made redundant cabinet making. I was unsure at first but soon found I appreciated the job satisfaction from window cleaning and saw how the job flexibility was more beneficial to spend time with my family.

Customers ask; "Should I just get the outside of the windows cleaned and leave the inside?" My answer in most cases is to clean the whole lot. Its surprising how much buildup is on the inside of your windows. From fluff and lint in bathrooms and laundries, dust in bedrooms to spills and smears in kitchens, your windows catch it all. To fully enjoy a welcoming clean home, I suggest having inside and outside of your windows cleaned.

The best way to save money is to save time. Prior to your window cleaner starting, make sure he has good access to each window and door. This includes moving objects away from windows, making sure windows and doors are unlocked and all in the household are aware someone is cleaning the windows (its hard to clean windows with a sleeping teenager in front of them). Taking these simple steps make the job quicker and easier thus saving time and money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I prefer to inspect the job in person before providing a quote. That way the quote is accurate and honest. When I provide a quote I always give a 'worst case scenario' price. That helps me if unsuspected surprises come up while cleaning and gives the customer peace of mind knowing that no 'extras' will be added to their quote. If the job runs smoothly and is completed quicker than expected, the price can be adjusted to reflect this.
