I am an experienced bookkeeper that will be able to give you suggestions if you require them on how to manage your business more efficiently. I have affordable package prices that suit all small businesses. In addition, I am reliable and trustworthy.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have been a bookkeeper for over 10 years now. I am a registered BAS agent and Zero Certified. Other software I have used are MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Cashflow Manager and Reckon accounts.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in bookkeeping for all small businesses as well as tradies. I also have clients in the Real Estate, Retail and Food and Beverage industry.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I offer package deals if you prefer to know your monthly package price or I can offer you my hourly rate of $60p/h plus GST.
What makes your pricing competitive?
My pricing is competitive because I have researched the current hourly rate of a bookkeeper to ensure that I have not overpriced my services, as I am a BAS agent.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. I can do an overview of their expenses that they have currently been claiming and making sure that they have been claiming everything that they are entitled to.
2. Make sure that their business structure has been setup correctly.
3. Check that all ATO lodgements have been lodged.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Typically I ask the following information:
-Are they a company or a sole trader?
-Do they have employees?
-Are they on the cloud?
-Are they up to date in lodging their BAS's?
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I have attached my professional indemnity insurance that I have acquired. I will always lodge your BAS on time when I have received all of your paperwork.

What makes me the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job is that I have been working as a bookkeeper for over 10 years with small businesses. I understand the need to ensure confidentiality amongst all of my clients and the need for accuracy.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Customers like to know how they get their paperwork to me. I'm fairly flexible as I am a fully mobile bookkeeper, so I collect my clients paperwork wither monthly or quarterly at a time that suits them.

A customer should always ask if the service professional is a BAS agent and if the service professional is insured.
What do you like most about your job?
I love helping my clients keep their bookkeeping up to date and their BAS's lodged on time. Knowing your figures are important in helping you grow and take control of your business. I am a strong believer that keeping a company's bookkeeping up to date can alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
My favourite customer stories always involve me hearing positive feedback from my clients. One of my new clients recently told me that she was so grateful that I was working on her books. She had interviewed several other bookkeepers and felt that I was the only one that had really listened.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I have always been interested in numbers and figures since I was in school. It was this passion that led me to become a bookkeeper.
