How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My father wanted me to be an accountant , I tried it for 3 months, then changed to work for a large project home company drawing up projects. I applied to do architecture. Not only was I accepted but I won a scholarship that paid for all uni costs , I ended up toping the year in the final 3 years

How long does it take to design a home ready for council=between 6-12 weeks How long does Council take to approve an application=depends on the Council but say 10 weeks How long to build =depends on house style, size and site access =but say 6months to 9months

We need to know the council the property is in ,the site area, proposed new house area ,type of construction ,no of storeys, client building timing and accommodation brief.

Organise your own full contour survey- council will require that when lodging an application Client to get the sewer diagram  Client to organise a full written brief of accommodation, likes and if possible organise a scrapbook of styles you like
