My name is Michael, owner of Smokehouse 720 - Authentic Texan BBQ. We operate an American Style Pit BBQ serving Authentic Texan Cuisine! Our Barbecue Pit is fired using only seasoned Oak and Ironbark. We never rush what we're cooking, we always cook it "Low and Slow". We will be serving your choice of 12 hour Slow-Cooked Tasmanian Grass-fed Cape Grim Brisket, 12 hour Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork, Cape Grim 6 Inch Smoked Beef Ribs, Smoked Chicken with Buffalo Sauce and, of course, everyone's favorite - Texas Style Pork Ribs. The Brisket and Pulled Pork will be served in rolls or on a plate with a choice of different sauces and/or coleslaw.
