I have always loved numbers, and puzzles. It goes hand in hand. I love knowing that I can input all this information and at the end of it be able to use the data to interpret performance.

I love knowing that what I do takes the pressure of my clients. They can focus on what matter most in their business and feel safe knowing the accounting side if being taken care of efficiently and correctly.

That is their choice. Every customer should feel comfortable with the person they are dealing with. There is alot of trust put into Bookkeepers and it is very important that you not only have a good relationship but also know the competencies of their abilities.

It depends on the type of support the customer is looking for. After a brief conversation, I will ask a number of questions to gauge what the price may be.

Before commencing any work, I will provide a list of information I will require. The number one thing is to try and provide all information requested. We can get your job done efficiently if there are no hold ups. Thats the one BIG Tip :)

We usually charge an hourly rate initially.   For ongoing clients we can later offer a fixed fee price which usually helps small business with budgeting cash flow.
