Yes we are covered by AAMI Public Liability insurance to the value of $5,000,00 , Products Liability to the value of $5,000,000 and Property in our Control to the value of $250,000. We also offer a unconditional guarantee on all of our work and a minimum 12 months warranty on parts supplied.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As owner/operator of the business I purchased my first PC in 1999 after the release of Windows 98. Within 2 years I was fixing my own computers & started my own part time business advertising computer repair for home users. This has continued ever since as a part-time business while employed in the IT support field on a full-time basis.

We enjoy the technical aspect of our job and learning new ways of fixing various computer issues. We also obtain satisfaction from taking a tired or worn out machine and turning it into a machine that can once again give all the benefits of the internet and its productive power back to the user.

Our rates start at an extremely competitive $99 for the first hour on site. We also have fixed rates for some services for example Windows reinstall (which includes FREE pickup and return of your computer) for just $150. We also provide written insurance assessments for accidental damage for a low $85.

We have over 20 years experience in Windows computer repair (all versions) and internet support. We are highly skilled in all types of Windows home computer repairs (including internet connection problems) and we can also upgrade or custom build a machine to suit your needs.

We are CompTIA A+ certified. We also have 20 years experience providing a computer repair service for home users.
