I am insured for up to 10 meters high at the moment. But looking to extent that height to cater to all clients.

I take pride in my work. It is very pleasing to see the difference from before and after the job is done. To leave knowing the customer is impressed with the work I have done is very satisfying.

How do you the windows so CLEAN, Its amazing!? I usually say that its a matter of knowing what your doing, but also even take a little longer to get the amazing result.

I have a lot of clients that are pensioners. and nearly all of them have story's of how window cleaners have ripped them of in the past. but I like to show them that not all window cleaners are like that. creating a trust between my clients and I. That's one of the most important things especially when your cleaning inside of homes!!!

I'm Very Proud of my work. the greatest thing about this jobs is seeing how happy my clients are when I have finished clean their windows!! I've have never left a job with the client being unsatisfied with the work I've done.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

How many bedrooms/living areas are there and what kind of windows you have? Are they normal, colonial or federation style windows? Is access ok (can ladder reach second storey without obstructions from trees etc.).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Customers can save some money for themselves; - if they hose off flyscreens the day before I come. (Generally all that is needed to clean) - make sure windows are easily accessible. (Move furniture, curtains, blinds, etc.) - Vacuum and/or wipe out window tracks. If needed I can do any of the above, but it takes a lot more time, therefore costs you more money.

Generally, most jobs are charged by job rather than an hourly rate, so that if the job takes longer than expected you know how much it will cost up front and there is no surprises at the end of your job.

I Have been cleaning for over 2 yrs now. with a variety of window cleaning skills under my belt now. i was trained by a friend that has been in the window cleaning business for over 20 yrs. and also teaches window cleaning.
