Yes, I am a holder of certificate of currency for my professional indemnity and public liability insurances. All work are performed in accordance with the Architects' Act 2003.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The decision was probably from childhood. I like architecture. I even started to design hotels when I was 14 years old. I pretty much work my way towards the career and profession via training and work experience.

Every customer is unique. Every journey is specific. My favourite one is still the first project during my university for a construction of a simple carport.

Taking journeys with my clients to make their ideas to come into fruition is the most inspiring experience of practising. These journeys are memorable for both of us, marking a new chapter of life experience too.

Customers commonly ask for lowering the price of services. On a clearly communicated basis, my focus is to deliver services that meet or exceed the expectations of the customer within their budget. The key is customer satisfaction, providing services that are of value to customers.

Every site, every project and every client are different. A site visit is worth more than few sentences / conversations. A quote can only be accurately provided to a customer after a site visit or a meeting.

Depending on the project type and your intended project procurement methodology. Fee structure caters for the project needs only. Generally charges are fairly proposed in accordance with the Institute of Architects' guidelines.

I do residential, from alterations/additions to new built homes or multi residential apartments. Coupled with solid background in retail planning, I specialise in mixed use development projects from feasibility to development approval stages.

I have successful proven track records of approved development applications from local Councils for small to large projects. I'm a degree holder of architecture, currently registered with the Registration Board of Architects NSW. I'm also a project manager with AIPM.
