A customer must make sure the surveyor is a Licensed Surveyor of Victoria. The Surveyor General of Victoria website has a list which is updated regularly.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Prior to quoting a survey, a customer must provide a reason or purpose for the survey they require. The customer must do their homework before requesting a quote, often they will not require a survey.

Our pricing is competitive due to the speed we can produce a plan and local knowledge of areas which can be challenging when re-establishing a title.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge for our work via tax invoice at the completion of each task. If a plan of survey is emailed to a client, the invoice would also be attached.

We specialise in Title Re-establishment surveys and Subdivisions. As part of the land development process, Feature / Level Surveys are often required and we are proud of the drawings we are producing.

We are Licensed Surveyors with 30 years experience in Land Surveying. Our company is a member of the ACSV and Institute of Surveyors and attends seminars regularly to stay abreast of current developments in the profession.
