Fast response, good understanding of problems, able to communicate proposed solutions effectively. Previous experience means I am prepared with the appropriate tools to effectively carry out repairs.

Which version of Windows they may be using, i.e. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Vista. The exact step by step behaviour of the computer. E.g. Turn on computer, black screen, Windows logo appears, screen freezes, a blue screen appears.

Truth be told and based off previous experience is that if you are looking for computer help, I presume you just want to get things working again and want someone else to get you out of a mess with as little input from yourself as possible. This is what I I am offering.

I charge on a job completion basis (not hourly). Each task, service or problem resolution has an associated cost. Costs start from $50.
