We had a customer who is was in Hovea and wanted to subdivide his property and was told by his local shire he needed to speak with a planner.   He thought he would call us to check what was required  to do a subdivision and was able to exclude a planner  and save time and money.

We are a small business with minimal overheads and capable of carrying out small to large jobs from start to finish without extra services. Your job will be handled by one person only and not passed on to others. Dealing direct with the Surveyor is a efficient way to achieve a prompt result.

Depending on the job will depend on our invoice structure. Sometimes we will do an interim account if it is a large subdivision with set structure of fees so there are no surprises. Otherwise we invoice once the job has been completed. Govt fees will be paid as required.

We Specialise in Subdivisions - Residential from small to large, Commercial & Rural . No restrictions in our capabilities of Start to Finish. We can do Design to Plan, Applications,setout and pick up to  Lodgement . We have many consultants availabe if required depending on the job.
