  I have recently been going to see Joseph to address some back pain and postural concerns of mine. He was very forthcoming about how his treatment could and could not help me. He was patient, and would clarify anything I didn't understand. He also sent me away with a clear plan on how I could continue my progress outside of my visits with him. I will happily continue to see him!

  I’ve been into Joseph several times now! Each time he has identified my issue quickly, treated it quickly and then looked to rehab and prevention options. Highly recommend him to anyone!

  After nearly two years of debilitating back pain, injections, physio appts and on the verge of needing surgery I came across Joseph @ Step One Chiro. Joseph has been amazing providing gentle and effective treatment and a comprehensive rehab program. Feeling pain free is life changing so I'm very thankful to have found Joseph and can't recommend more highly.
