Stephen Petrie Architects is an award winning residential architecture firm specialising in domestic houses in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. With over 30 years experience, the practice has completed a large number of projects and currently focuses on individual houses and renovations. The projects range from humble single storey extensions to new multi level individual houses and are located in suburbs such as Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Manly, North Sydney and Chatswood. All designs are unique and suited to existing site and the clients intents and ideas. Renovations for Federation or other period style or character are designed to harmonise with the existing house while taking a modern approach to the design to suite contemporary lifestyles. The practice has been in the same location since it’s inception and over this time Stephen Petrie has developed a good relationship with local Councils in the Mosman, North Sydney, Manly, and Chatswood Municipalities. The wealth of experience in design, documentation and project management, has allowed him to deliver complex projects on time and budget.
