What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

The most important question to ask a photographer is: Are you an AIPP accredited Professional Photographer? It is the same as hiring an accredited accountant, plumber or builder. Without this, you can still get the job done, but there are no guarantees it will be of a high professional standard.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

As an Accredited Professional Photographer through the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography), recognised by the ACCC, I have a code of conduct and level of professionalism to abide by. You can feel comfortable that your images will be of the highest quality and the work guaranteed.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Prior to providing a quote, i need a phone call or email outlining your brief and the outcomes you need to achieve from the images.

Please make contact prior to the shoot to go through your brief. That way we can ensure we are both on the same page. Time is money, so the quicker we get the results, the better it is for your budget.

I charge by the job or by the hour, depending on the clients requirements. I offer a quick quote once i have received your brief and work with you to achieve the best outcome to suit your budget.
