Mary called me up, to provide a solution for her new TV. She has small children and one nearly went to hospitable as a wall mounted TV fell down on her daughter. The TV broke. This all happened because of a dodgy TV wall mount install.

I get these questions all the time: How much? When can I come? What causes that ____?  And lets just say I can answer most questions in about ten different ways, but the most honest and most professional answer is the answer I always give.

I call customers if I'm ever running late. I always clean up after my mess. I have high levels of integrity. Word of mouth is my biggest source business, so I really look after my customers on all levels.

I'll need to know some basic information such as, what type of house you have, perhaps, what type of roof you have (tin or tile), what kind of walls and general information about what size TV, model #s or how much or what A.V equipment.

Customers can save money in our industry in multiple ways. 1. By not buying their own antenna. 1. By not buying their own cables. 3. By not buying their own TV wall bracket. 4. By getting experienced technicians to fix the job right, the first time.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I do what others cannot do. I am not the cheapest in town, but I am definitely all about long life span on all materials I use and workmanship. When you compare the price for the duration of the job - I will always be the cheapest.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge an hourly rate for larger job but usually a fixed quote for anything under $1000. I also do free on site quotes so you can never be surprised. Occasionally those unavoidable ''circumstances'' may arise however, I know you will find me to be very honest, reliable and professional.

I specialise in TV reception repair and all things TV antenna related. I also specialise in TV wall mounting and Home theatre installation. I have installed many TV points where the customer wanted them to go and the competition said it was impossible".

Over 10 years experience. A myriad of handy/constructions/customer service roles. You'll find me very pleasant to do with. I believe in getting the job done right and good old fashion excellent customer service.
