  big issues no communication and had to wait months for completion even though paid deposit straight away wouldn’t recommend and left job unfinished Wouldn’t come back and fix issue which left front of roof exposed to weather and rain

  Hi Steve The replacement flashing has been made up and due to the Christmas / New year break this had to wait. The area is not exposed to weather due to car port only under the area and concrete floor. This replacement flashing will be fitted asap. Ben

  I hired this trade months ago and paid a deposit in good faith. Since then, the job has been left incomplete, with constant delays and zero accountability. Despite repeated follow-ups, there’s been no progress, no clear timeline, and no refund. Communication is evasive, promises are broken, and I’m left with nothing but wasted time and money. This is not just poor service—it’s a breach of trust. I would strongly advise others to steer clear unless you enjoy chasing people for work they’ve been paid to do. Extremely disappointing.

  Hi Vahid You cancelled the job with materials I had paid for on site and more than half the main roof installed. Without informing me you hired another tradesperson who used the material I had on site to continue works. Considering this is your first new build I suggest you take notice to when the weather is dangerous to install roof plumbing materials and that especially in winter in Melbourne there may be some delays due to this.
