  TM Conveyancing were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Both Tracey and Claire were so helpful not just with all the legal and confusing things but at putting our minds at ease whenever we were confused, worried or scared. Our experience in getting finance was arduous and our finance company were lax in communication to say the least but TM didn't miss a beat and were on it pronto, every time. They are professional, relatable , friendly and prompt. They also saved us money by thoroughly going through our contracts and agreements and their inclusive single price took the worry out of unexpected costs - and we had a few extensions whilst we waited for our finance to come through. I cant recommend them enough and after hearing what other conveyance companies charge and listening to the drama some of my friends have gone through I feel so lucky I got these girls. Shout out to Claire for all that extra help making it easier to sleep at night during the process. I recommend them to EVERYONE.
