  From the first call from Avi, we found him to be professional and knowledgeable. We explained over the phone what the issue was. Avi asked a few questions and gave us a quote and a time he could come to our home to assess the computer. He was punctual and polite. He made attempts to rectify the problem and have the computer working. He was not successful and explained that he needed to take it off site. The hard drive would have to be replaced and he will attempt to retrieve all our files/ documents. The cost would be the same and will take 2 days. Before leaving, he made a time and day to return. He arrived on the day, explained he had replaced the hard drive with a better product and cleaned the internal parts. He also managed to retrieve all our files and documents. He hooked up the computer to demonstrate it was working and uploaded Windows. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
