Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are insured and have warranties on all our products. All our fabrics and componentry have warranties. We don't sell anything that is cheaply made. Nothing made overseas that will brake with-in 12months.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was a florist before meeting my partner who introduced me to the blind and curtain industry he has been in it for over 20 years. I love helping clients choose their window treatments and decor. Working with colours and fabrics are my passion.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

An interstate client was so happy with his blinds and our service, he has told all his friends and we are doing his second house. They are both rental properties he trusted us with and did all dealing via the net and phone.

We take great care to listen to our clients, providing the right blind for their needs. We use only locally made products and componentry. With fast turnaround times and great prices.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have very low overheads and create our own advertising, whether it be radio, online or paper media. We don't mark up our price-list to then offer discounts.  We have great buying power, and only sell made to measure Australian made products.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Our initial consultation in the metro area is always free. We love offering free advice and colour co-ordination. Upon acceptance of order we always check measure, we believe measure twice/cut once. We are here to help and not overcharge. Once our client is happy with what they are after we ask for a 50% deposit and balance is due once the work is completed.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We quote off plans and offer a fly in fly out service to Perth and Northern Western Australia. We can quote off plans, manufacture, check measure and Install. We offer a point of difference to everyone else out there. Going the extra mile with service and products.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

My partner has trained me from the beginning. He has been in the industry over 23 years. He has taught me to install, measure, quote, sell. Its a great industry to meet great people and share my knowledge and experience. I have worked for major fabric and blind companies.
