Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured and have public liability, we stand by our work and have never cancelled or missed an appointment. We will always look after the client as number 1.

Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

Accepted Answer

If visiting our studio, we expect but no longer ask for proof of vacination. We have hand cleaner and masks on site available, we also have a client bathroom.

What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

We may wear masks during your photoshoot if we feel the need or if asked to. We have cleaners and we sanitise after each appointment. The studio is kept clean and surfaces are washed after each photoshoot

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I had been working doing photography for so long, I cant answer this question. But i can say that in 2016 I found myself drawn more to photography than my IT career and started to move across from that point. My father was a photographer and I work for him as a lad.

Every customer is a story, I haven't got one favorite. What I can say is that every story I have tells of working with the client ensuring thay are comfortable and will open up to enjoy the shoot as much as we do.

What do you like most about your job?

The creative aspect of videography and photography, knowing I can do as much in post as in the shoot and knowing my equipment. Meeting new people all the time and sharing in their experience makes it all worth it.

Ask lots of questions, ask them some personal questions. Your photographer is going to be sharing an intimate part of your life, make sure they are the right person.

Most customers ask if I can do something special for them, we already do little special treats through their shoot, but we like to be asked as it allows us to get to know our client.

My career has been extensive and long, and my reputation is me. That is the only way I can answer that question.

They will get the job done, they will enjoy it and they will have memories about it.  We are the right option as we have contacted theclient we know we can help best.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

As long as the client has an idea of what they are after, we can start to quote, but as they go through more details we can fine tune. We will do the research to provide the quote that is fair for both parties.

Saving money on a job in photography is an oxymoron. A better question is how do I make my shoot worth it. That I can answer. 1. Know your photographer, talk to them and give them your story 2. tell the photographer what you are looking for (in a non agressive manner) and we will get you there 3. Take instruction on the chin, I may ask you to do something you think is silly, play along, the results will amaze you.

We have been in business a long time, we own all our equipment and lease nothing, we own our studio and pay no rent, our price is competitive because we love what we do and have little overhead.

It depends on the service, from 360° photos and live stream to events and civil ceremonies - every price is different.

I have 25 years of photographic and video knowledge, my staff are RMIT qualified and we keep our knowledge up by using cutting edge technology, we know our equipment, our trade and our clients.
