Yes  we are an insured business as this is a requirement from our Landlord that we have $$$$ million in liability insurance before we can operate. We give a Guarantee with our work and are easy to locate as we are in a fixed premises.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been involved with computers from a very young age as I am a trade qualified Electrician. In Industry I was always involved in automated processes which went hand in hand with computers and this is a natural path for me to follow.

My job is very diversified as we repair almost anything that plugs into a wall socket. Every day is a different day as no two jobs are the same and we are also kept very busy with all the different things that we learn every day.

Our pricing is kept down as we own a fixed premises and this allows us to multitask with regards to doing more than one job at the same time. For example we can run virus scans on your laptop and load an o/s on someone elses laptop and strip an imac and all this at the same time saving you money.

At the Electronicfix we like to give customers a fixed price so that there are no surprises at the end of the day, we also have no call out fees and if we can not fix it you do not pay.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in apple mac repairs anything from graphics card problems on imacs to backlight issues on Macbook airs, we do a lot of liquid damage repairs with a good success rate. We are more than proficient at taking any laptop apart to fault find, or repair issues with the motherboard.

I have been involved with computers for a longtime and have A+ certification and a diploma in network engineering, my focus has always been on solving hardware issues as this is what I have done in industry for 30 years.
