No matter what happens we'll still be able to complete the job!
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
The K Effect is insured with AAMI Business Insurance. This ensures that you are always protected in the extremely unlikely event that something happens. Furthermore, if you are not satisfied with the service we've provided, we'll give you your money back!

We always always get asked if the photos will be supplied after. The short answer is yes! All packages include a private online gallery as well as a copy of the photos available for download. Our typical turn around is around 10 business days from the date of the shoot.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
The most important question to ask a professional photographer is if they have contingency plans. As a photographer, there are many risks involved that can ruin a shoot. What do you like most about your job?
For us, the passion of being able to capture the emotions and the story of every day people is what drives us to do what we do. We believe in creating great photos that tell great stories, but most of all, what we love the most is the client's large smile at the end. It means we've done our job and that is enough for us.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
One our favorite clients held a wedding at the Park Hyatt. Coincidentally, the famous John Travolta was also staying at the same time. While we were out doing bride and groom shots, he was nice enough to go around and take pictures with the guests! It was a shame we missed out on one though...
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Many of us currently have day jobs which require a lot of analytical and logical thought processes. Photography allows us use the other side of our brain and be creative and really show the world how we see it.
