  The Laptop Surgeon goes above and beyond to assist his “patients”. House calls are no problem (to ensure your privacy) at times that are convenient for the customer. Tom is incredibly friendly and affable, putting his clients at ease, explaining exactly what he is doing. He is also thorough, leaving no stone unturned in his endeavours. Unfortunately he was unable to resurrect my laptop - despite exhaustive efforts - but he salvaged the valuable data and backed it up, ensuring that my e-life was not lost. It was heartwarming that Tom seemed almost devastated that could not work a biblicalesque miracle to breath life into my dead laptop, but to see my files alive and well was a satisfying win. Tom’s pricing was remarkably generous with convenient payment options. I cannot recommend the Laptop Surgeon highly enough. Thank you, Tom, for all of your efforts.
