How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Our Chef started in the Restaurant Industry at the age of 15.  Starting as a dishwasher and working his way through all aspects of hospitality, FOH, Bar Service to becoming a Chef and running his own successful Catering Company.  QLD Liquor Licenced since 2002

One of the most rewarding feelings is having the same corporate company hire you each and every year to cater for their Christmas Luncheon for 150 people.  Nothing is more rewarding than catering for 150 workers in High-Vis and have them cheer for you to come back next year.

The most important aspect of our industry is Quality Catering and Service and Happy Customers.  It is a real pleasure working with Brides and clients and seeing all the happy faces.  As a chef it is a delight to have customers approach me directly and say their meal was fantastic.

Are you experienced?  Are you flexible?   As a mobile caterer we have seen many unexpected or unplanned circumstances arise while onsite from wet weather to guests running late.  It does take experience and require flexibility working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Are we available?   We only cater one function per day so contact us directly with your dates. Saturdays are generally our most popular date year round and Mid Week during Christmas Season. Fridays and Sundays are increasingly popular and we can offer a beautiful catering service Monday - Sunday.

SafeHands Catering has been catering to the Sunshine Coast since 1999.  We only cater to one function per day to ensure a quality personalised service.  It's always a pleasure working with new Brides and Clients with a large portion of functions being repeat customers or referrals.

SafeHands Catering offers Catering Packages including Finger Food / Canapes, Gourmet Buffets, Share Platters or Cocktail Talk & Fork followed by Dessert Service.  Pricing is per person and includes 1 chef and 1 waitstaff,  plates, cutlery, napkins and all cooking equipment.
