  Don’t use these guys. We were completely unimpressed with their service. They were near impossible to get in contact with throughout the whole process (we spoke to the answering machine pretty much every time we called), never responded promptly to emails (often taking half a day before replying - indicating they only really began work around midday). We felt like they were in another time zone, even country, to where we were and the delays were completely inexplicable.To be fair, they got the job done, but not without changing our main contact on us - without notice - the day before settlement was due...and when we rang the new contact, he had no idea our file had actually been handed to him. The day of settlement we were unable to contact them - though we tried constantly throughout the day - and the first we heard of settlement going through was from our bank...no communication from conveyancer. Communication from them was minimal, scattered and often ignoring what we had already asked them to do. We had to chase them on everything, they weren’t proactive at all, and apart from the lawyer going through the initial contract with us at the beginning, a total waste of time and money. This group made the whole experience of purchasing a house much more stressful than it already was.
