How do you know so much? I have spent 20+ years accumulating knowledge! Your customer service is great, how did you learn to be a great tech and have such dedication to your customer service? Its all about the people, thats what makes this work great!
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
a) how long have you been doing IT? b) Have you heard of the problem before (see if they offer some free advice, I DO!)? c) Can you fix on site or do you have to take it away? (off-site is usually cheaper but get a firm time the tech will call you at before leaving and get an idea how long it will take to fix).
What do you like most about your job?
Being computers it's always changing and is very challenging. I get to meet a lot of varied personalities and really enjoy the challenge a solving the problem or providing s solution to your needs.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was given the opportunity by a company I worked at in London to set-up a network (1990) - never looked back since and have worked in all aspects of IT and computers.

I am friendly, local and very knowledgable and cover Pc, Mac and Linux (iPhone setup, iPad setup, Android setups). I provide best value for money with the best outcomes for the client.

20+ Years in IT, MS certified and trained. Worked in Corporate and SME/Home office based businesses. Understand what businesses need and always deliver best services to home clients also.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
Windows, MAC, Linux. Virus removal, email setup, wired and wireless (secure) networks and access points. Security software, hardware repairs and pc cleanups including installations and upgrades of all makes.
How do you normally charge for your service?
On completion of job, pay me via cash or bank deposit
