Yes i am insured and i fully Guarantee my work.  I offer a honest service so if i break something on your computer then i will fix it for free but i do have insurance

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was sick and tired of the businesses ripping people off with the price they charged the customers i.e for a power supply they charged over $150 for an item fitted for $ 75, So i went to uni and started with a cert 4 in information and Technology  and i went from there and got my qualifications.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I had Lady who brought her son's New Gaming Computer he purchased from another supplier as it was having problems with shutting down and he was getting annoyed with this problem so he took it back to this supplier 2 times without success. I did a few tests with the machine and Bench marked the computer to find the diagnosis of the problem. I found the problem as a simple heating problem and the fan they installed on this system wasn't good enough to handle the heating problem so after installing a Liquid Filled Cooling system to the computer the problem was solved and my Customer was very happy that he could use the computer without crashing due to heating problems

I love the excitment i get a buzz Diagnosing & Fixing a customers computer problem and to keep it a reasonable repair costs. I love the reviews i get from my customers, it gives you the satisfaction of knowing you have helped to fix a customers computer problem at a reasonable repair cost.

What price will it cost. Depends on what the problem is but i offer a free call out to Diagnose the problem and then i quote you a confirmed price Will you call out or do i have to bring it to you.  If you want to drop it off, you can, but i do offer a free call out service.

I am honest and very reliable computer technician. I am not a fly by night business I have been around for some time now i have great reviews from my customer base. I offer a call out service, so i can come to you. i understand that people do work so i do offer if need be after hours diagnosis and i will quote you a cost and then you decide if you want the repair done.

Just what the computer is doing, whether it is just runniing slow or has it stopped working. If you have a Laptop what Brand and Model number it is, this does help with quoting especially with screen replacements

Tell me exactly what the computer is doing.  Check your Virus software and make sure it is up to date.  Run a virus check. Put as much detail on your Quote request that way I can usually confirm my Quote straight away
