The most common questions are around what food they can eat and there is no simple answer to it as it is dependant on the person. Each person should be treated as an individual and therefore my plans are individual.

Clients are asked to bring any prior testing with then to their first appointment as well as a list of their current medications. A 3 day diet diary would also be helpful.
