  AVOID. I came home to Australia from Germany over Christmas and hired Tony to do a family photoshoot when I was at home. He conducted the shoot, however has since failed to provide any images or the promised product. After numerous ignored calls and emails we are now forced to go through small claims court to receive our money back, and after writing on his company's Facebook page for him to contact me I have been contacted by other who are having the same experience. I don't even mind about the money anymore, I just want the images as I am rarely back home and all together with my family. My recommendation is, if you want to avoid the hassle of small claims court, don't hire this vendor. I would also rate lower however OneFlare's software has a convenient glitch which doesn't allow this.

  We hired Tony in Nov 2016 when my son was 7 weeks. We paid him the $150 he asked for. It's now been almost three years and Tony never gave us even a single pic back from the shots he took. I have been calling and texting him but he never answers. It's such a shame that he's denied us the chance to enjoy the pics he took when our baby was a new born. He was a sweet talker when we hired him but he never delivered the pics. He has since moved states I guess. ALL I NEED ARE MY BABY'S PHOTOS TONY PLEASE. Please note I have just edited the review I gave him when he took the pics back in 2016. Shock on me its now 2019 and no pics

  Catherine. That is unacceptable. You have refused to purchase the images for your session. They were available to you the night we took the photos and you said you couldn't afford to pay for them then, and I made them available for you again, online, and you also did not make a purchase. I've followed up with you many times, but you don't want to spend the money on these photos. I was clear, the $150 covers the photography session, and I arrived on time and took amazing images of your family.
