We are fully insured and comply with the required QBCC home warranty insurance obligations and responsibilities. Upon completion, your bathroom will be insured for any defects within 6 months.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We originally specialised exclusively in floor and wall tiling services, however through our experience in bathrooms, we found many of our clients felt lost during their renovations and appreciated the extra advice and guidance we gave them. We recognised our ability to assist and satisfy client needs and found our love for bathroom renovation services as a package.

Many of our favourite customer's storeys are from repeat business, we find a lot of our most successful renovations have been carried on from an initial small ensuite renovation in which a few months later, our clients get us back in to complete their main bathroom.

We are passionate about creating beautiful, quality bathrooms. It's a small space we have specialised in for many years. There's nothing we love more than seeing the final finishes go in to complete the bathroom.

We encourage clients to put together a mood board of how they want their dream bathroom to look and to start sourcing their items and materials from reliable suppliers. This is where we can really step and walk them through the process of obtaining materials and fittings at our trade discounts. From here on once the vision and design is clear and outlined, we can look after the rest for you!

If clients need help on design, layout or fittings and fixture selection, we can help consult and make appropriate recommendations based on our experience. A clear vision should include, understanding the layout and changes required, design selection for tiles, fittings and fixtures.

Our services and pricing as a bathroom renovator are highly competitive as we are qualified and experienced tilers by trade. Tiling as a finishing trade can be costly to hire as a subcontract, this is where we can save our clients money as we have full time qualified tilers within our team to carry out high-end tiling services. We also provide multi-skilled services through project management and floor plan drafting, we don't make a mark on these additional services as this helps our clients save BIG $$$ on their bathroom budgets.

How do you normally charge for your service?

You can obtain a free quote for your bathroom in which we will engage with all trades in between to provide you with a thorough quote. Upon quote approval, we will prepare your documents and require a deposit and QBCC home warranty insurance premium. Depending on the scale of your renovation, progress payments may be required, and the final balance due on completion of works.
