• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  I do guarantee my work for parts replacements. Where there is an issue with software I guarantee that the work I have performed will fix it, but I cannot guarantee the customer will not return the computer to that state at a later date. I do advise the customer how to avoid these situations, and where possible I will guide the customer with software options to assist. Parts replaced by me are guaranteed in a normal consumer environment from the date installed, for the time they are warranted by the manufacturer.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I was studying a computing degree at University and realised that I did not want to provide software for people to use, rather - I wanted to help people use computers and resolve issue they may have with their computers.
