yes we are all work is guaranteed we are only interested in doing the job properly please don't ask us to do a patch up or half job as refusal can sometimes offend.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I'm honest and not interested in ripping anyone off , I have 30 years experience , I work alone so I control the quality of the work, service is personal , I know a lot of people in the industry if I cannot help you I usually know someone who can.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

With turbochargers we need the ID numbers off the turbocharger these are usually attached to the turbo on a small plate or stamped into the front of the turbocharger (more details are on our website turbos2000.com.au inder the turbo ID tag) we also need vehicle details or just give me a call and i will talk you through it.

For anyone who owns a turbocharged vehicle we offer with servicing a free check of the vehicles turbocharging system , this is not usually done on a service however this can save thousands of dollars if we can identify potential turbocharger problems early.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I think our hourly rate speaks for itself , but on the turbocharger side of things i've been doing this for a long time and have established many good contacts for turbos both in Australia and overseas just give us an opportunity to quote you will see the difference. We have also kept our overheads to a minimum so we are able to pass this on to our customers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For Turbochargers  New and repaired we quote , once we have the turbo out of the vehicle we pull it down and measure it up and then quote. to the quote stage there is no cost or obligation. On servicing and general repairs it's flat rate.

Turbocharger repairs we can repair any type of turbocharger weather on earthmoving equipment , trucks , marine and motor bikes. We also modify turbochargers and hi-flow we  provide this service Australia wide both to the commercial and private sector , also for local customers we provide servicing and general repairs,
