Yes we are fully insured and guarantee our work.  We pride ourselves on " old school" customer service. Friendly and reliable.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are supported by repeat business, word of mouth and have Police Checks and working with Children Cards. If we need extra help on a bigger job, we only select people who have the same. Being on time is most important. If there is a delay out of our control, our customers receive a text and estimated time. If you have not received a 5 Star Service please contact us and we will return to fix it.

We guarantee our work and own our business. Yes, we are "old school", being on time and treating our customers with great service is our priority. We have full insurance and Police checks. We love what we do and and in this profession, experience counts.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know your address, availability and access. If you have a pet, (we love them by the way!) Let us know their temperament so they are comfortable too! An aprroximate date is helpful. We aim for your timing and need.

1.If doing a regular clean have some clear space to access the areas need to be done, this reduces time. 2. We understand plans can change and circumstances. If you won't be home and we don't have access this extends the time! Just a quick text is great. 3. Rebook for windows and save 10%!

We have a reasonable price to accommodate all budgets and quote competitively. We clean how we would like the job done and treat each person as an individual, priding ourselves on our work.

We charge via online banking click through from the invoice on the day job completed. Debit and credit cards accepted

Domestic and Commercial windows, spring cleans. We use non-toxic chemicals to protect children and pets. We have a Covid19 Safe Certificate from the Victorian Department of Health
