  I think her name was Tracy, she was very good with my girl, who appeared to enjoy, I would have liked her nails to be cut shorter, but was explained to me that being black are difficult to do without bleeding..,,, I appreciated that... Over all my little girl looked very pretty.. I will use Tracy again

  I don't think Elle understood the issue with nails. Unfortunately when nails have not been trimmed for a very long time they are unable to be cut super short without bleeding and causing pain to the dog, I will not do this and opt to trim as much as possible (just in front of the quick). Nails need regular maintenance and with this care will recede in length and become shorter over time.

  This was an amazing service. I had 2 cats deshed of their fur and I cannot recommend It's Grooming Time highly enough. Stacey has such love and passion for animals and treated our cats with such care and compassion. Stacey is part of our family now and will be booking in again soon.

  Stacy was prompt and had the job done very quickly - Our two boarder collies absolutely enjoyed the whole experience of being clipped for summer, washed and nails trimed. I would most definitely recommend Stacy at Its Grooming Time to everyone with pets.

• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I offer a personalised experience for your dog or cat with one on one grooming. Pets are not bulk booked and rushed through their groom. I only use fresh water bath with natural Australian made shampoos.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  I have set prices that are very fair for the time i spend on each dog. I do not rush each dog nor bulk book dogs to reduce pricing as do not like dogs to be pressured or rushed through their groom.
